Dr. Siddique is a Fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist, training at University of Michigan Health care systems. With 16 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge in the treatment of complex Vascular and Non-vascular disease, performing over 14,000 endovenous procedures. Dr. Siddique has a special interest in the treatment of patients suffering from Venous and Arterial disease, including ulcerations. He provides treatment to patients with Symptomatic Venous Disease, including Venous Ablations, Sclerotherapy, and Deep Venous System reconstructions and interventions. In addition to providing care to venous patients, he also provides treatment for Arterial Disease, including lower extremity angioplasty and stenting. As an Interventional Radiologist, Dr. Siddique has expanded his expertise into the treatment of compression fractures, performing vast numbers of successful Kyphoplasty procedures, alleviating pain induced by the fractures. Another area Dr. Siddique has taken special interest in is Embolization procedures to treat tumors, aneurysms, gonadal veins, varicocele, and the novel procedure of Uterine Artery Embolization for Uterine Fibroids. In providing these treatment options, Dr. Siddique offers a less invasive alternative for patients, including women facing hysterectomy. Dr. Siddique has a strong commitment to his community and is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He has given multiple lectures in Endovascular Interventions, including recently at one of the largest endovascular meetings in the world, Leipzig Interventional Course (LINC). In addition, Dr. Siddique participated in the Global Expert Exchange for LINC, and was the Chair for the Peripheral Arterial Disease panel at the LINC middle east conference. Locally, Dr. Siddique served as Chairman of the Radiology Department for over 7 years, as well as Chief Medical Officer and Chair of the Quality Committee for the past 2 years.
Taha H. Siders, M.D.
Chief Operating Officer, Third Coast Vascular / AZH Wound & Vascular Centers
Dr. Siders is a physician executive and healthcare strategist with over a decade of leadership in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development, multispecialty growth, and operational transformation. As COO of Third Coast Vascular and AZH Wound & Vascular Centers, he has guided the organization’s expansion into a regional leader in advanced outpatient care.
Under his leadership, the centers achieved Quad A accreditation and realized more than 200% procedural growth within three years. Dr. Siders has been instrumental in broadening service lines from vascular and wound care to include interventional cardiology, ophthalmology, and interventional radiology. His expertise spans payer contracting, regulatory compliance, revenue optimization, and physician integration.
Before transitioning to healthcare administration, Dr. Siders worked in the medical device industry, where he supported the clinical adoption of advanced endovascular technologies and trained physicians nationwide. This experience shaped his data-driven, outcomes-focused approach to improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Dr. Siders is recognized for building collaborative physician partnerships, driving operational excellence, and advancing accessible, high-quality outpatient care across Wisconsin.
Daniel Elmes
DPM, MPH, FACFAS
Dr. Elmes is a board certified podiatric foot and ankle surgeon. He treats a wide scope of foot and ankle pathologies including the conservative and surgical management of bunions, hammertoes, arthritic conditions, diabetic foot care, fracture care, flat feet and ankle pain. He has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques, limb salvage, and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
Originally from Indiana, Dr. Elmes spent childhood summers camping in Wisconsin and his affinity for the state has only grown since becoming a permanent resident. Outside of clinic hours, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, being active and watching sports
Angel Buettner, NP
MSN, FNP-BC, APNP
Angel is a compassionate nurse practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience in complex wound care and wound management. She evaluates, treats and assists in healing chronic non-healing ulcers secondary to vascular disease, diabetes, pressure injuries, complex surgical interventions, and more. Angel received her graduate education from Concordia University- Wisconsin in 2013. Her prior nursing experience as a float RN and Med/Surg RN have also helped shape Angel into the skilled advanced practice clinician she has become. She is an outstanding patient advocate who excels in communication, empathy, and adaptability, ensuring optimal patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams. Outside of the office, Angel enjoys spending time with her family and friends and doing activities like hiking, yoga, traveling, and exploring nature.
