Awais Siddique, MD - Founder/Chief Medical Officer

Recent Events At The Vascular Center
Dr. Siddique is a Fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist, training at University of Michigan Health care systems. With 16 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge in the treatment of complex Vascular and Non-vascular disease, performing over 14,000 endovenous procedures. Dr. Siddique has a special interest in the treatment of patients suffering from Venous and Arterial disease, including ulcerations. He provides treatment to patients with Symptomatic Venous Disease, including Venous Ablations, Sclerotherapy, and Deep Venous System reconstructions and interventions. In addition to providing care to venous patients, he also provides treatment for Arterial Disease, including lower extremity angioplasty and stenting. As an Interventional Radiologist, Dr. Siddique has expanded his expertise into the treatment of compression fractures, performing vast numbers of successful Kyphoplasty procedures, alleviating pain induced by the fractures. Another area Dr. Siddique has taken special interest in is Embolization procedures to treat tumors, aneurysms, gonadal veins, varicocele, and the novel procedure of Uterine Artery Embolization for Uterine Fibroids. In providing these treatment options, Dr. Siddique offers a less invasive alternative for patients, including women facing hysterectomy. Dr. Siddique has a strong commitment to his community and is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He has given multiple lectures in Endovascular Interventions, including recently at one of the largest endovascular meetings in the world, Leipzig Interventional Course (LINC). In addition, Dr. Siddique participated in the Global Expert Exchange for LINC, and was the Chair for the Peripheral Arterial Disease panel at the LINC middle east conference. Locally, Dr. Siddique served as Chairman of the Radiology Department for over 7 years, as well as Chief Medical Officer and Chair of the Quality Committee for the past 2 years.
Director of Operations
Dr. Siders grew up in Dubai. He is married has two young children. He worked in the medical device industry for 7 years, and recently moved from the East Coast to start working as the Director of Operations for TCV. Dr. Siders lived in Cambridge, England for a few years to pursue his studies in Medical Education. He enjoys playing tennis and loves to travel.
MD
Dr. Brooks is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation board-certified physician. She cares for patients of various ages who have chronic diseases that impede their functioning abilities. Dr. Brooks' areas of expertise include wound treatment, amputees, wheel chair management, bracing, and neurological diseases. Dr. Brooks' approach as a physiatrist is to concentrate on the whole person and examine how function affects her patient's well being.Our Mission:Dedicated to Excellence in Wound, Vascular and Regenerative Services Achieving Optimal Clinical & Economically Efficient Outcomes. Medical Assistant
Robyn is a Registered Medical Assistant and has been employed at TCV since June, 2016. Robyn is a 1998 graduate of Waukesha County Technical College. She brings 20 years of patient care experience with a background in urology, urogynecology and fertility. She has really enjoyed her work experience so far at TCV and is looking forward to becoming a hyperbaric technician and advancing her skills in wound care and vascular. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and yellow lab Murphy.
RN Registered Nurse
Kathleen is a Registered Nurse and has been with TCV since March of 2019. Kathleen graduated in 2009 from Gateway Technical College. She has 10 years of nursing experience with a background in neurology, hospice and home care nursing. Kathleen states, “During my experience working as a home care RN, I had the opportunity to care for patients that were also patients of TCV Wound and Vascular Centers. I was very impressed with the service the patients received and the exceptional healing of my patients wounds. As soon as I found out that TCV had an opening for an RN, I jumped at the chance to apply, and here I am. I am grateful to be working with such a wonderful group of exceptionally talented individuals!” In her free time, Kathleen enjoys spending her time with her husband Dennis, and her children.
Ultrasound Technician
Heather is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who has been employed at TCV since March 2019. She is a 2000 graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin and also graduated from the St. Francis Hospital School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 2002. Heather thoroughly enjoys getting to know all the very friendly patients at TCV.
Patient Care Coordinator
Veronica is new to the Milwaukee area and started with TCV in 2021. She has been in the medical field since 2018 working as a medical administrative assistant. Veronica enjoys spending time with family and enjoys road trips.
